Would like to help Brandy in some way? What she needs is to see a Neurologist who will take her without health insurance so she can apply for SSDI. Unfortunately, no Neurologist in Texas will take a self-pay patient. She needs our help.

Why We Are Here
This site was created to bring awareness to Brandy’s situation. Having an incurable, degenerative illness with no health insurance is hard. It gets even yougher when you are told you have a mass the size of a basket ball on your ovary and it may be cancerous, but no one will know until you have it surgically removed. Then you have to find a hospital that will treat you without health insurance. Or being able to pay for it up front.
This site’s main purpose originally was to raise money to help Brandy with the costs of her surgery and the specialist visits she needed to have to find out what was causing her other issues. She has since been diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) in addition to the giant non-cancerous mass that grew on her ovary (and was removed in May of 2010). She needs treatment and the ability to pay for it. That is why we are here.
